How KALIBR started.
From the sales floor to the systems behind it.
KALIBR's founder started in Medicare sales and went on to work in marketing, in-house AI development, and software engineering. Across more than seven years in insurance, sales, and business development, he personally created and managed marketing campaigns running $2 million in monthly ad spend and oversaw sales floors with more than 300 agents.
KALIBR grew out of that experience. Selling policies, running campaigns, and building agency software meant seeing how decisions in one part of a business affect the people doing the work in another.
Across his previous roles, he developed internal systems and introduced AI into employees' day-to-day work. That experience now informs KALIBR's assessment, implementation, and training engagements.
Why we build.
Our mission is to help businesses turn AI from a tool into an operating advantage. That means understanding where work is slow or costly, redesigning the process, building the connections, and giving the team the skills to run it. We take responsibility for implementation, from the initial workflow audit through handoff and agreed ongoing improvement.
Insurance is where that experience began. We also work with established businesses outside insurance where our capabilities fit, with product creative and websites available through a separate part of the practice.
Applied experience
Tool choice is part of the engineering.
Hands-on work with OpenAI and Anthropic models, OpenClaw agent systems, marketing platforms, and custom software informs our approach. We work across model providers and select tools around the workflow, data access, cost, and the team's ability to operate the result. Using a platform does not imply a vendor partnership or certification.
Get the context right.
Understand the product, the audience, and the job the work needs to do. Make those decisions before moving into production.
Make the work reviewable.
Agree on deliverables and revisions, review the work in stages, and use feedback to guide the next step.
